For the tomato sauce

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil. Add the garlic and over medium heat sauté to bring out its aromas. Add the tomato, the tomato paste, and mix.

As soon as the sauce comes to a boil add the sugar, salt, freshly ground pepper, basil, thyme, and mix.

Lower the heat, cover with a lid and leave for 15 minutes. Open the lid and let it simmer until it thickens well for 5 more minutes.

For the dough

We prepare your dough according to the instructions on the package. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Cut the dough into 4 parts and on a floured surface, shape them into smaller doughs. Cover them and keep them in a warm place until their volume doubles. About 50 minutes.

In a floured bench, pour your dough and with the rolling pin we give each of them a round shape. We carve into 8 triangles.

Put some of your sauce along, place a sausage at the base of each triangle and roll. Repeat the process with the rest of the doughs.

Place each sausage pie in a baking pan lined with baking paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 -18 minutes.
