For the frosting

In a bowl add the butter and beat well until fluffy. Add the rest of the ingredients for the frosting and beat at high speed until you have a homogeneous mixture and place it in the refrigerator.

For the muffins

In a large bowl mix with a spatula the mixture for muffins, water, sunflower oil, cocoa and egg until homogenized. Add the pastry color and beat with the mixer at low speed.

Put papers in the cupcakes cases and fill until 2/3.

Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C of air for about 17 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.

Immediately remove the muffins and let them cool completely on a rack.

Put the frosting in a pastry bag with a nose of your choice and decorate the muffins.
