We prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions on the package.

Start the sauce with the olive oil by sautéing the chopped onion, if you want add the whole clove of garlic for aroma and remove it before putting the sauce.

Add the tomato paste and the tomato juice. Add the salt, pepper and sugar. Boil it for 15 minutes and let it cool well.

We open the pizza sheet in an oblong shape with the help of a forgery on a floured countertop. Pour over the sauce to go everywhere. From above the leaves of fresh basil and add the grated cheese.

Wrap to create a roll. Cut with a knife slices 5 cm thick. and place them in a pan covered with parchment paper, one next to the other.
