INSTRUCTIONS

For chicken minced

We clean your vegetables and cut them into small even pieces. In a pot add the olive oil and vegetables in addition to the mushrooms) and sauté for about 3 minutes.

Add the mushrooms and the chicken minced meat and sauté until the minced meat is golden. Add the tomato paste and stir until it dissolves.

Add the tomato juice, the water or broth, the spices, the aromatic salt and pepper and simmer for about 10-15 minutes until you have a nice thick sauce.

For the crepes

We prepare the crepes according to the instructions indicated on the package.

For the bechamel

We prepare the bechamel according to the instructions indicated on the package.

For the composition

Butter a large baking pan and sprinkle it with a little kefalotyri cheese. Lay the crepes so that they cover the entire bottom and are left over from the walls.

Spread the minced meat filling evenly inside and bring the remaining parts of the crepe to the inside. Add another 2-3 crepes on top to "close" the whole mixture.

Pour the béchamel on top and spread it evenly. Sprinkle on top with the grated cheese, add 2-3 small pieces of butter and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 20-30 minutes.

Tips: We can do the preparation of minced meat and crepes from the previous day. Prepare the crepes and store them in the refrigerator after letting them cool. Place them on top of each other by putting parchment paper in between. We put them in a food bag and place them in the refrigerator. When we are going to use them, let them thaw at room temperature.
