In a bowl we put the mixture for Easy Bake crepes, add the water and stir until you get a homogeneous porridge. Let the porridge rest for 10 minutes.

In another bowl, add the envelope of the Easy Bake bechamel, add the milk and beat well with a hand mixer.

In a deep pan add a little olive oil and sauté the peppers. Add salt and pepper and cook until soft.

Add the bechamel sauce, peppers and cheese to the chicken and mix.

We prepare the crepes. Add a little butter to the pan and add about 40g. from the crepe porridge. Spread the mixture to go all over the pan and bake for about 2 minutes on each side. We repeat the same procedure for all the porridge.

Make the pouches, putting in each crepe a spoonful of the filling and tie the pouch with a piece of chives.

Bake the pouches at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
