CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES WITH CHOCOLATE BUTTERCREAM
For the chocolate buttercream
In a bowl, mix with a lable the mixture for muffins, water, seed oil and egg until homogenized.
We put molds in the muffins cases and fill them by 2/3 of them.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 17 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them cool before adding the frosting.
In a mixer's bowl, add the ingredients for the buttercream. Beat at medium speed for 2-3 minutes until the ingredients are homogenized and buttercream is firm.
Serve the cupcakes with the buttercream.
