Pour the yeast (included in the package) into a bowl, add the water, the olive oil, and mix the ingredients.

In another bowl, add the mixture and the contents of the other bowl and knead until we have a dough that does not stick to the walls of the bowl.

Cover with a towel and let it rest for 10 minutes. Divide your dough into 2 equal parts. Shape into two balls, cover and leave them for 1 hour in a warm place.

Roll out the doughs with your hands or with a rolling pin.

Spread the sauce, add the chicken, bacon and cheeses and bake in a preheated oven at 210oC, in the resistors for 10 minutes.
