Knead until the dough becomes smooth and elastic. Allow the dough to rest for 15 minutes
For a fluffy pizza base, cut the dough into 2 parts, about 400 gr. each and opened the dough on a floured surface. Cover and keep in a warm place until doubled (about 50 minutes). Then place them on a buttered baking tray or a tray covered with baking paper and place the ingredients of your choice
For a thin pizza base, cut the dough into 4 parts, about 200 gr. each, and let them rest for about 50 minutes. Then roll the dough into buttered baking trays or tray covered with baking paper and place the ingredients of your choice
Bake in preheated oven at 210°C for about 25 minutes
Take out of the oven and enjoy pizza with your loved ones!
