INSTRUCTIONS

For the cake

Butter and flour a cake pan and set aside. Preheat your oven to 180oC air.

Prepare the cake according to the instructions on the package. Last add the coconut crumb and mix.

Pour the porridge into the tin and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the cake.

Set the cake aside for 15 minutes. Unmold and let it cool completely on a rack.

For the glaze

Mix all the ingredients together and pour over the cake.

Sprinkle with crumbs or coconut flakes.
