INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl we put the mixture for Easy Bake crepes, add the water and stir until you get a homogeneous porridge. Let the porridge rest for 10 minutes.

In a small non-stick pan spread a little butter and add 40g. from the crepe mixture. Once cooked on one side, turn it over and bake it on the other. We make 18 crepes.

We prepare the cream. In a bowl beat the mascarpone, sugar and espresso.

As soon as they are homogenized, add the heavy cream and beat another little.

In a pan we put a crepe pour some of the cream and spread it. Place the second crepe on top, add a little cream and spread it. We continue until the crepes are finished.

Spread the cream over the last crepe, sprinkle with cocoa, pour the crushed wafer and a little more cocoa.
