For the filling


Cut the vegetables into small pieces and sauté in olive oil until they soften but last after seasoning with salt and pepper. Set aside to cool.

Dissolve the yeast in water and olive oil.

Put the pizza dough mixture easy bake in a bowl and add the yeast mixture. Knead until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.

We rest the dough for 15 minutes and roll it out with a rolling pin into a large rectangular piece.

Cut into 8-10 square pieces (depending on the size / depth) that we have the muffins cases that we will bake them.

Grease the cases well and spread the dough.

We put one tablespoon of tomato sauce in each muffin. Divide the vegetables and cheeses and bake for about 25 minutes, in a preheated oven at 210 °C.
