In a bowl, mix the ready-mix for honey balls with water and yeast, until it becomes an even mush.

Place the mush covered with cellophane for about 1 hour in a warm place until its’ volume is doubled.

In a pot or a deep frying pan, heat seed oil. Fry balls until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. You can serve the honey balls, with honey, while they are still warm.
