For the pancakes
In a bowl mix the ready-made pancakes mixture with the water and pour 4-5 drops of the green food coloring and mix until it becomes a uniform porridge. Let the porridge rest for 15 minutes.
Put a little butter in a non-stick pan and when it is hot enough pour a ladle of the porridge (about 70 g). Let it cook until small holes form on the dough, so turn it over with the help of a spatula, so that it is cooked on the other side until golden brown. Continue with the rest of the mixture.
With the help of the cutters, we cut the pancakes into circles with different diameters so that we can set up the tree. We rest the large pancake at the base of the dish and continue the same process by putting the smaller ones on top.
