Put the Easy Bake Choco Chip Cookies mix in a bowl with water or margarine (at room temperature)

Knead the materials until they are homogenized and create o firm, non-stick dough. Alternatively, use the mixer and mix the materials with the hook at 1st gear

With the dough create a cylindrical stick (3-4 cm in daimeter). Ideally, cover the dough with a shrink film for 30 minutes

Cut the dough with a knife into 17 pieces of about 32 gr. each and fold the pieces into balls

Place them on a non-stick baking tray covered with a baking peper, leaving enough space for them to spread out while baking

Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (in the air), for about 10 minutes for soft cookies or 13 minutes for crispy ones

Let them cool for half an hour before serving
