In a large bowl add the pizza mix, the olive oil and the water in which the yeast is already dissolved. Knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.

Rest the dough for 20 minutes and then slice it in 3 pieces of approximately 280g each.

Preheat the oven to 210oC. Stretch the dough to fit in a nonstick pizza pan of 26 cm diameter. Add your favorite toppings and bake for 25 minutes.
