In a large bowl mix the multigrain bread mix, with water, in which you have already dissolved the yeast. Knead well until dough is soft. Leave the dough in the bowl for 20 mins

Divide the dough into 2 loafs, 350 gr each, cover them with towel and let them rise in a warm place until they are double in size, for 55 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 220°C and bake the loafs for approximately 40 mins
