In a bowl, mix the cheese bread mixture with water and olive oil and knead until the dough is smooth and fluffy

Pour the frozen vegetables (without defrost them) and the kasseri cheese into the dough and incorporate them, kneading a little more. Divide the dough into 10 ball-shaped small doughs and place them in a pan, covered with baking paper

Allow them to rest for 20 minutes maximum

Spread with egg and bake in preheated oven at 190°C for about 25 minutes

Allow to cool and enjoy them at room temperature
