INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, mix with a ladle the mixture for muffins, the water, the seed oil and the egg until homogenized.

Put molds in the muffins cases and fill them by 2/3 of them.

Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 17 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them cool before adding the frosting.

For the cream cheese frosting, beat the butter and cream cheese in the mixer very well until fluffy.

Add the icing sugar in 3 batches, until the frosting acquires a smooth form.

Gradually add the cornflour until the frosting acquires the consistency we want.

Transfer the frosting to a cornet and coat the muffins.

Tip: To achieve a smoother frosting, sift the icing sugar before adding it to the mixture.
