In a bowl, mix with a ladle the mixture of muffins, water, seed oil, egg, mashed bananas, cinnamon and nutmeg, until homogenized

We put buns in the muffins pockets and fill them in ⅔ of them. Add a thin slice of banana to the top of each muffin if desired

Bake in preheated oven at 190 °C for about 17 minutes

Allow to cool and consume them lukewarm or at room temperature
