In a large bowl we mix the pizza mixture, with the water, in which we have already dissolved the yeast and the olive oil. Knead well until dough is silky and pliable. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes and then divide in two, approximately 350 gr each.
For fluffy pizza base, form dough for 28-30 cm baking pan. Cover it with a plastic wrap and let them rest for 50 minutes. Then cover with your favorite sauce and toppings.
Bake in preheated oven at 210°C for 25 minutes.
