In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the ready-mix for crepes with water; beat until smooth. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Heat frying pan over medium high heat. Add a little butter and spread it evenly.

Pour 40 gr of the ready crepe mixture in the pan and tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the crepe mixture coats the surface evenly. Cook the crepe until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. Serve hot, with the ingredients of your choice.
